FCC offers evidence-based prevention programs across Pershing, Humboldt, Lander, and Mineral counties. These include substance misuse education, mental health awareness, and youth leadership initiatives through our nationally recognized youth teams: Mustang, Warrior, and Longhorn Youth Teams.
Our Family Resource Centers in Humboldt, Pershing, and Mineral counties provide wrap-around services such as food assistance, housing support, harm reduction resources, and navigation of essential benefits for families in need.
Through programs like Breaking Free: Rapid Rehousing Empowerment and Rise and Thrive: Permanent Housing Initiative, FCC helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness secure stable housing while offering case management and supportive services to achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
